We went to Notcutts and bought bushes and pansies to plant. On the way back we popped into the new M&S which is nearby. Expecting only to see a food hall, Sue was beside herself when she saw how specious it was. It also includes clothing and a nice cafe. I came out with a new jumper, slippers and pants. Sue was not impressed with ladies M&S clothes, old fashioned and dowdy. However, she had to buy two or three tops because we were there! Then it was back home and Sue marked the exact positions for the plants to be planted and left me to do all the hard work.

After my disappointing and lethargic 5k run on Friday I decided to do the same route again this afternoon. Feeling much better I improved on Friday’s time by 5 mins. However, still feeling a bit of discomfort in my piriformus. However, if I keep the distances at no more than 5k at the moment, it should slowly disappear.
