According to the daily Care Report Mum was quite comfortable today and apparently played a ball game and went to the Shopping Trolley, whatever that is. I only left her a bit of money when she started at the home. I wonder if she has spent it, I am visiting on Thursday I’ll find out?
This morning I had some time to spare so I took up all the patio rainwater drainage gratings, removed all the blocking debris then power washed the galleys and drain link. First time I have done that in many years. Also cleaned and washed the recycling dustbin. I felt quite the handyman!
Went to Mote Runners this evening , had a great run with a small group led and helped by Dave Walsh. It was quite a hilly course around the park but managed 5k in 32 mins. It made me puff though.
Tomorrow I am up early off at 7.30 to cycle to Biddenden to meet Les, then we cycle to Tenterden, both do a 10 mile TT sprint then coffee in Tenterden then we cycle to Pub at Pluckley and then after a pint I cycle home. Should be a good day. I think I had better get off to bed now!
