It was good to be back running with the club this evening, a very friendly and helpful group. One complete lap of the park just under 36 mins. Pace was just under 11 min/mile so proves it helps to run with someone else. Thank you Darren. As the clubhouse is still out bounds due to the virus we all met up on the grass bank for a chat and some presentations. I became aware that my legs were being bitten. Quite nasty, but eased after shower and loads of Antisan cream. Nearly as bad as those in Spain, the nasties seem to like biting me.
This morning I run a few errands, delivering a box of books Mike had donated to go to Sierra Leone. Then our present of Fortnum & Mason musical tins of biscuits for the ladies at Cutbush & Corrall for all the help they gave Mum over the years. They are looking forward to visiting Mum when it is allowed again. However, it is certainly not imminent as the virus is still very active 129 died today.
Mum seemed to have an uncomfortable day today. Right eye remains a problem and she has had her dizzy turns. Will check record and see how she is tomorrow. Sue is due to visit on Saturday.
