We are still under complete lockdown but from stories we are hearing more people are starting to gather in more numbers than they should. It is hard for people at home now especially keeping the children busy and active. Our boys all seem Ok but clearly some tension between Mike and James, but then what’s new?!
We have problems with Mum’s medicines. Despite trying to control her paracetamols in particular, she is either loosing some pills or taking too many. She clearly can’t remember. I raised the issue with her yesterday and once again she started crying and a headache and dizziness appeared. This seems very common now. What is upsetting is she keeps saying it is time she wasn’t around as she is making life difficult for us. We have discussed pill situation with Helping Hands and now is the time to get the carers to help manage the medicines. I will also order a fixed and locked medicine cabinet.
I did 3 separate short runs last night. The middle one I had measured a mile and I ran it in just over 7 mins, which was amazing, except my phone measured only 0.77 miles ! However, still pleased even with the extra quarter mile I would still have been under 10 mins.
This morning I went with Sue on bikes to Boughton Post Office. Did a little circuit back of 7 miles. Sue’s riding is improving really well. A call from Mum in the afternoon, TV not working then another call to say paracetamol has run out, despite me leaving plenty yesterday. I visited Mum again. Changed batteries in TV it is OK now. More pills gone missing it must be Mum taking or dropping them, she denies it but she is just forgetting, really must must get this sorted now.
